Sometimes payments overlap in the mail with the generation, printing and mailing of your new statement. Please contact Client Services if you would like to confirm receipt of your payment.
What is my payment amount?
Your payment schedule along with your due dates are outlined within your documentation. Please contact Client Services for information regarding your monthly payment amount due.

Can I pay by phone?
Yes, Matsco offers you the ability to pay by phone. Call Client Services at 800.628.7816 to make pay-by-phone arrangements. Please have your checking account or credit card information available. To minimize the administrative effort of making monthly payments, Matsco offers Direct Debit, which makes automatic monthly payments from your designated checking or savings account. What happens if I pay my invoice late?
Payments not received within the grace period will be assessed a late fee. To make sure that your payments are made on time and avoid being assessed a late fee, try Matsco Direct Debit, which makes automatic monthly payments from your designated checking or savings account. Can I get copies of my documents?
You should have received a complete set of your documents shortly after the funding of your finance package. Additional copies are available for a nominal fee. Please contact Client Services for additional information.
Why am I being billed for Property Taxes?
Property Taxes are assessed on leases, not loans. When the governing entity bills us for property taxes, Matsco pays on your behalf. Your charge reimburses us for that payment.
