When will I receive a statement? What will change?
You will receive your monthly paper statements via mail by mid March in time for your April payment. Those who enroll in the automatic debit service will not receive a statement unless otherwise requested.

What if I have an automatic debit payment?
If you have previously arranged for automatic payments on your account, you will need to re-enroll in the automatic debit payment program with Matsco. Please complete the Matsco Direct Debit form (.pdf) found below and return the form by mail to Matsco, 2000 Powell Street, 4th Floor, Emeryville, CA 94608 or by fax to 866.851.3120 in order to provide us permission to continue automatic payments. Also notify your bank of the change in payee to WFB WF Financial.

No, you are subject to the terms of your original contract agreement.
How can I reach Customer Service?
Starting in March, please contact Matsco, Client Services at 800.628.7816. Our representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
Will my account schedule number change?
No, your original account schedule number will remain the same. However, your new Matsco customer number is provided in your Welcome Letter. Please refer to the sample statement for more information. Do my fees change?
No, you are subject only to the fees outlined in your original contract agreement.
Can I pay by phone?
Yes, call Client Services at 800.628.7816 to make pay-by-phone arrangements. Please have your checking account information available.
Can I pay by credit card?
Not at this time, however, you can arrange for payments to be automatically deducted from your designated checking or savings account. To enroll, please complete the Matsco Direct Debit form (.pdf) found below and return the form by mail to Matsco, 2000 Powell Street, 4th Floor, Emeryville, CA 94608 or by fax to 866.851.3120.You may also make pay-by-phone arrangements by calling 800.628.7816.

Not at this time, we are working diligently to provide you with a similar online account system. Until then we encourage you to take advantage of our complementary and hassle-free, automatic debit service.

What if I use a bill pay service through my bank?
If you are currently using an online bill pay service through your bank, please update your account information to your new Matsco customer number and remittance information. Please note that your new Matsco customer number is referenced in the Welcome Letter If you have not received your Welcome letter by March 7, 2009 please contact Matsco at 800.628.7816.
